Who we are

As Certified Distressed Property Experts, we've been helping homeowners deal with financial distress since 2006. The members of our team have helped thousands of homeowners save or redeem their homes.

S&F Property Solutions, doing business as Buckeye Help, is a Central Ohio real estate company. We're not a government agency, a nonprofit, or a law firm — we're a small team of real estate professionals based in Buckeye Lake, Ohio; but with access to national expertise and resources.

We're upfront about this: our main service is purchasing houses, negotiating short sales with lenders, and connecting homeowners to resources; but, with no upfront costs, there is never an obligation when discussing your unique situation or getting your questions answered..

We are not affiliated with your county treasurer or the State of Ohio, and receiving our letter does not mean your account has been flagged by any government office — it simply means public records showed a potential delinquency and we wanted to make sure you knew your options before a tax sale or foreclosure auction.
